Tech Bridge West’s founder, Kurt Charles Schneider, has an extensive career in Leadership and Management, Sales and Marketing, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, Research and Development and Open Innovation Program Development throughout the United States and abroad. He has developed products and processes for the Food, Nutritional Foods, Dietary Supplements, and Pharmaceutical industries. His experience with manufacturing start-ups has led to many successful product line launches that reflect his dynamic, energetic style of leadership that is centered in rapid turn-arounds.

Kurt’s ability to speak the language of professionals from the Technical as well as Business communities directly led to the successful completion of projects.  His professional portfolio has a leadership focus of rapid technological deployment, training and development of technical professionals, and management of companies to rapid profitability. His management development skills in the technical sector have led to strategies to help motivate aspiring leaders further on their career path.

Kurt’s educational and community accomplishments include a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota, and numerous training certifications within the food industry. Kurt is active in the dietary supplement industry, and maintains positions with IFT, AAPS and AICHE. Kurt loves animals, and is a regular volunteer for the Animal Assistance League of Orange County (AALOC). Kurt’s hobbies include an intense interest in roller coaster design and history. He is a member of the American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE), and can often be seen at amusement parks around the world sampling the latest white-knuckle ride.
