Online sales from TechBridgeWest.com are not returnable. Unless an error has occurred in shipping whereby the contents are damaged and unusable, the contents are not returnable. Should a customer experience shipping content damage, the customer must immediately notify the shipping company of the damage as well as notify TechBridgeWest. The customer must also return the damaged contents, the original shipping materials and the damage report filed with the shipping company in order to be eligible for a refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded. In all circumstances, TechBridgeWest retains the sole discretion in determining if a refund is to be issued at any time.
TechBridgeWest retains the right to change or alter this policy at any time. Such changes or alterations will be published on this page. Consumers are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of the Return Policy as well as adherence to its policies.
